The former Belongil Beach House has been now under new management from mid September, 2011. The opportunity to rejuvenate the former Belongil Beach House is something we're very much looking forward to, and within this idea the property has been re-named the "Byron Beach Resort". So in our 3 months much has been achieved, and we believe we're heading in the right direction to make this beachside haven an affordable "100% Real Byron" destination. Only a Frisbee throw from the golden sands & crystal clear beaches you are still only a casual walk along the beach into the worldwide acclaimed Byron Bay village. The new name "Byron Beach Resort" was chosen to acknowledge the 5600 m2 of landscaped native trees and shrubs designed to ensure that casual "100% Real Byron" feeling, our beachside location & all round inclusive facilities including free bike hire, large communal kitchen & common room.

Planning a stay at "Byron Beach Resort" could not be easier with our extensive range of accommodation & facilities on offer, including an all new Travel desk. We still have the beautiful & affordable family cottages with private garden courtyards. Perhaps consider one of the spacious studios, great for couples of all ages or one of the family / group rooms. Perhaps consider one of our double/twin rooms & that are strategically located around the garden setting to ensure privacy. An independent travelers paradise, our dorm rooms are in keeping the laid back vibe of Byron and both spacious & inviting.
